Visit the Oil Creek Library District’s digital branch on OverDrive. To login and begin borrowing, click on Sign In in the top right corner of the digital branch home page. On the next screen, choose Cooperstown Public Library from the drop down menu.  When asked for your library card number, you’ll need to add zeros to the beginning of your Cooperstown Public Library card number in order to make the card number seven digits.  Enter the PIN you received when you registered at the library.
